Screw The Noise Subscriber Hiring

Jay Hollywood needs a full stack web developer to join his team at Humaan in Perth. Before I included it in the newsletter I asked Jay what makes at his agency worth your consideration:

Very little turnover, the majority of our staff have been with us for over 5 years.
We have a diverse team, near a 50/50 gender balance with a number of females in technical roles
We strongly discourage overtime (ie we don't do it).
We allow one full day each month for R&D or personal development, and we pay for any external courses/training programmes that our employees wish to undertake.

Who makes this newsletter and why?

Hi, I'm Mike. I'm not a recruiter or HR person, but I have been working in digital for nearly 20 years. I've done just about every role that exists, from developer to marketer, graphic designer to sales, project manager, and product manager.

While there's no shortage of ways to find a job, I wanted to cut through the noise and showcase only the most interesting, career-defining — maybe even life-changing — opportunities in digital. There's nothing worse than dreading going to sleep on Sunday knowing that the work week starts the next day. We all deserve a role that we look forward to, regardless of whether you're new to the industry or leading it. Hit reply to reach me or connect on Twitter.
